Exchange or return is applicable if:

  • The product is unused and still in original packaging state with all labels and tags.

  • The product does not have any stains, perfume scents, body odors, makeup marks, water stains.

  • The product is not a discounted/sale item and custom-made item.

  • We do not offer cash refunds. We do offer online store credit (coupon) of the same value valid for any future purchase.


Exchange Procedure
To claim an exchange or return, please contact us within 24 hours from the date of delivery via email with the reason and order details.

Exchange by Post/Courier:
Please note that you will be required to ship the items back for exchange to the address provided by our team, and the client will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Unzillas bears no responsibility nor liability for post delays or damages.

We aim to process all exchange/return requests within 3–5 working days after receiving the item.
Custom orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement.

Unzillas has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as: the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or credit card payment declined. In such a case, if we have already received your payment, we will issue a refund.


Handcrafted and Made-to-Order Products:
Handcrafted and made-to-order items are crafted with precision and care according to your specific preferences.
These items are not eligible for returns. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming to ensure accuracy.


Sale Items:
Sale items are final and not eligible for refunds.


Return Request Procedure:
If, however, you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately by sending an email to unzillaspret@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or defective item in your email.


Eligibility for Return:
Requests for returns made within 24 hours of receiving the product will be considered only for damaged or defective items.
After 24 hours, any return requests will be treated as if the product has been used or worn, and the return will not be accepted.


Return Authorization:
Upon review of your return request, we will provide you with further instructions, including the authorization process.
Do not return any items without receiving proper authorization from Unzillas.


Refund Process:
If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
